Children’s activities

The world is changing for our children almost every day. Smartphones and the like are everywhere, social media is taking over children’s lives, and movement doesn’t have much to do with sport any more, but just means swiping your fingers across the touchscreen.

A children’s holiday at the Tauernherz is quite a different matter. Even our youngest guests will be able to rediscover all the fun of games, excitement and snow. There’s a whole new world of glittering ice and snow out there to explore with sparkling eyes and rosy cheeks. There is plenty of space all around the hotel to rampage around in the snow, play games and build a snowman or an igloo. The ski school and ski hire facilities are located in the building next to the hotel, with a convenient connecting tunnel.

The practice lift is also right outside our doors for the convenience of our infant ski champions and future carving stars. For bigger ski and snowboard stars, “The SPOT” snow park is right next to the hotel, offering a flake-filled playground for training, practising and trying out new moves. And if you still haven’t had enough excitement, you can spend your evenings or après-ski time knocking down some pins in our bowling alley.

And the grown-ups? Simply soak up some sunshine, enjoy a sauna session or sample some “sprizz” on the sun terrace. There really is nothing you can’t do here. The hotel’s outstanding location, far from busy streets and surrounded by a pure winter wonderland, ensures that stressed-out parents, grandparents and other adults will soon be able to unwind.
