Check-in: from 4:00 pm
Check-out: Saturdays before 10:00 am.

Your price includes: daily room or apartment cleaning (excluding kitchen), electricity and heating, bed linens, hand towels, bath and sauna towels, daily use of the hotel’s wellness area and indoor swimming pool, WiFi throughout the hotel and parking in the underground garage.

Pets permitted (with prior booking), € 25/day  (food not included)

Our entire hotel is a NON-SMOKING area. Ashtrays are located outside the hotel entrances and on the balconies.

Please observe the swimming pool rules when using our indoor pool.

Your reservation is considered binding once you receive our booking confirmation. We require a deposit of €500 per booking, payable via direct transfer into our account with the Raiffeisenbank Obertauern, IBAN: AT26 3504 9000 0201 5550, BIC: RVSAAT2S049, or by credit card.

Local taxes consist of €2.45 per person (from 15 years of age) per night.

Room cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

• Up to three months prior to arrival, you may cancel without any charge. Any deposit already paid will be converted to credit for a future stay, within the next 24 months.
• From three months to one month prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 40% of the total amount applies. 
• When you cancel within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Cancellations can sometimes be unavoidable, and they are inconvenient for both parties. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance!

The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations also apply.
