All our rooms and apartments contain a bathroom with shower and separate toilet, basket of bath towels, hair dryer, pull-out sofa bed, telephone, flat-screen TV, radio, safe, WiFi and balcony. Our apartments also feature a fully-equipped kitchen with four-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and refrigerator, as well as a living area with dining table.

Cancellation conditions
Room cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
- Up to three months prior to arrival, you may cancel without any charge. Any deposit already paid will be converted to credit for a future stay, within the next 24 months.
- From three months to one month prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 40% of the total amount applies.
- When you cancel within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Cancellations can sometimes be unavoidable, and they are inconvenient for both parties. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance!
