As a receptionist, you are our first voice, our first eye contact and often the first impression. You juggle inquiries, organize arrivals and are also a vacation planner, happiness booster and calming influence - for guests and the team alike. If you like talking, listening and finding solutions, then you've come to the right place.

This is what you do with us:

Processing reservations (email, telephone, booking platforms)
Reception & check-out - professional, cordial, structured
Guest care with feeling & overview
Contact person for requests, questions and concerns
Internal coordination with all departments
Responsibility for that little bit extra in guest satisfaction

What you bring with you:

Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Friendly appearance & organizational talent
Enjoy communicating and giving smiles

What we offer you:

Regulated working hours (5 or 6-day week, 8 hours/day)
