Our entire hotel is a NON-SMOKING hotel. There are ashtrays in front of the hotel entrances and on the balconies.

Please observe the swimming pool regulations when using the indoor pool.

Your reservation is binding upon receipt of our reservation confirmation. A deposit of 500 € per booking by bank transfer to our account at Raiffeisenbank Obertauern. IBAN: AT26 3504 9000 0201 5550, BIC: RVSAAT2S049, or by credit card is required.

The local tax is EUR 3.50 per person and night plus the mobility tax of the province of Salzburg in the amount of EUR 0.50 per person and night (persons up to the age of 15 are exempt). Registration number according to the Overnight Stay Tax Act: 50422-023811-2020

• You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. A deposit already paid will be used as a credit for another stay within the next 24 months.
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price.
• If you cancel within 30 days before arrival, we will charge you 100% of the travel price.

Otherwise, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable and unpleasant for both parties. In order to avoid unpleasant situations, we can only warmly recommend that you take out such insurance.
