All prices are per apartment and night without meals. The local tax of € 2.45 per night (from 15 years) is NOT included. Plus final apartment cleaning.
All rooms and apartments are equipped with a bathroom with shower/WC (separate), bath basket with bath towels, hairdryer, sofa bed, telephone, flat-screen TV, radio, safe, WiFi and balcony. The apartments also have a fully-equipped kitchen with 4-ring hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso Professional), kettle and fridge, as well as a living area with dining table.

Cancellation conditions
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. A deposit already paid will be used as a credit for another stay within the next 24 months.
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price.
- If you cancel within 30 days before arrival, we will charge you 100% of the travel price.
Otherwise, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable and unpleasant for both parties. In order to avoid unpleasant situations, we can only warmly recommend that you take out such insurance. You can find detailed information on insurance benefits under Insurance information. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance!
