The Tauernherz is a 4-star aparthotel in Obertauern that offers guests a warm, sustainable and comfortable stay. The hotel was built with wood from our own forestry and places great emphasis on natural materials and alpine aesthetics. It is particularly aimed at families, connoisseurs and sports-loving winter holidaymakers.

Accommodation

• Rooms & apartments: Various categories from double rooms to spacious apartments for 4-6 people, furnished with natural materials, warm colors and modern amenities.
• Included services: Daily cleaning (except kitchen), high-speed WiFi, underground parking spaces, use of the wellness area, bed linen and towels, ski locker with boot dryer.

Culinary delights

• Breakfast: Extensive breakfast buffet or bread roll service.
• Restaurants: À la carte restaurant "Herzenslust" directly in the hotel and "Almrausch" next door.
• Hotel bar: Cozy atmosphere with open fireplace for relaxed evenings.

Wellness & relaxation

• Wellness area: Indoor pool with 100 m² water surface and separate toddler pool.
• Sauna area: Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, infrared cabin, steam bath, ice fountain and two relaxation rooms.
• Massages: Various treatments such as back, leg and combination massages, foot reflexology massage and honey back treatment.

Family friendliness

• Children's discount: Reduced prices for children in a double room with 2 full-paying adults.
• Family offers: Spacious apartments, children's playroom, bowling alley and child-friendly restaurants.

Procedure & booking

• Inquiry & booking: Directly via the website, by telephone or by e-mail.
• Check-in: From 15:00, personal welcome by the team.
• Stay: Use of all inclusive services, participation in activities and wellness offers.
• Check-out: Until 10:00 am, luggage storage possible.
• Cancellation conditions: Cancellation free of charge up to 3 months before arrival, staggered fees for later cancelation.

The evaluation was carried out according to WCAG 2.2.

The evaluation of the compatibility of the website with the BaFG was carried out in the form of a self-test in accordance with WCAG 2.2. Usability and accessibility are very important to us.
